Where to Work From In Alicante: Coworking, Cafes and Libraries
Alicante is continuously growing in places where to work from. There are plenty of places, such as coworking, cafes or libraries, to choose from.
We are going to see that Alicante is a great city if you have a remote job or can do some remote work for your company or personal projects.
In Alicante, there are three main types of places to work remotely:
Coworking such as ULab. Where you need to pay a fee,
Cafes where you need to order some food or drinks,
Libraries are free but you need to be quiet (eg, no meetings).
Let’s go to see the pros and cons of each of the places. This article is inspired by the list made in the Facebook group Digital Nomads in Alicante in this post.
A Coworking is an office-style space where contractors, freelancers and other professionals can rent a desk with internet access to work from. There are usually other services available such as meeting rooms or even small offices for companies to hire.

Another category of places where you can work is libraries. This space is perfect for concentrating as many people go there to study.
Nowadays, the typical user of a library in Alicante is a person studying for their Uni courses or becoming a civil servant in any area of the Spanish state. So people get it very serious when it comes to being quiet and getting work done in the libraries. It is also a young-ish but adult environment.
